Today we traveled from Esponellà in Spain to Elen in France (84 km). On the way, we visited Cerbère, the first city in France. When I traveled back from Spain about 45 years ago, I spent a night in the waiting room of the train
station in this city. All trains from Spain stop here because the Spanish train system uses wider tracks as the rest of Europe. In the waiting room, I saw a guy I thought I know him, but I was not brave enough to talk to him. Two days later at home, I found
out it was Thomas the little brother of Stefan, a colleague of mine. Today I'm married to their sister for 36 years. The picture shows Cerbère. The long building on the left side is the train station.
